1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "phw99," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to phw99 and the website accessible at phw99.app, including all sub-pages, services, games, and betting markets offered therein.
• "You," "User," or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phw99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User upon completion of the phw99 registration process.
• "Wallet" or "Account Balance" refers to the monetary balance held within your phw99 account, comprising deposited funds and credited winnings, net of any applicable withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins equivalents, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account as part of a phw99 promotion.
• "Gaming Activity" refers to any wagering, betting, game participation, or lottery entry conducted through the phw99 platform involving real-money stakes.
• "Prohibited Person" refers to any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, or otherwise ineligible to participate under these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phw99 platform, completing registration, or participating in any Gaming Activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the phw99 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of the date first set out above and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and phw99 relating to your use of the platform.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money Gaming Activity on phw99. This requirement is in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR standards. phw99 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

3.2 Jurisd ictional Eligibility

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming platforms is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phw99 complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Additional Eligibility Conditions

In addition to the age and jurisdictional requirements above, you are ineligible to register or maintain a phw99 account if any of the following apply:

• You are an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of phw99 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have previously had a phw99 account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• You are registered under a self-exclusion program and your exclusion period remains active.
• You are acting on behalf of another person or entity for the purpose of creating or operating a phw99 account.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To participate in Gaming Activity on phw99, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one phw99 account at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. phw99 employs technical and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phw99 reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Forfeit any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits held across all identified accounts.
• Withhold winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts pending investigation.
• Permanently ban the associated player from registering any future phw99 account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

phw99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time phw99 deems verification necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by phw99 may result in account restrictions.

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phw99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

phw99 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from phw99 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phw99 support immediately.

All Gaming Activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether conducted by you or by any third party who obtained access to your credentials — is deemed to have been conducted by you and is your sole responsibility, except where you have promptly reported unauthorized access to phw99 in writing.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

phw99 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and USDT cryptocurrency transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your phw99 wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests submitted to GCash and Maya are processed within approximately 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for most requests. phw99 does not impose transaction fees on standard deposit and withdrawal requests; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

phw99 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Additionally, withdrawals may be subject to the following conditions:

• Funds deposited must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable and must first satisfy applicable wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• phw99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name are not permitted.

6.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Where a transaction is initiated in a different currency, phw99 will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

phw99 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your phw99 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, time limits, and minimum odds requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms. Participation in a promotion constitutes acceptance of all associated terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

phw99 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse in all its forms. The following conduct is considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotion mechanics.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome while consuming bonus funds.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to participate in promotions.
• Any other conduct that phw99 reasonably determines to be exploitative of a promotional offer.

8 Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on phw99 are governed by specific game rules published within the respective game lobby or sports betting interface. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules displayed within the game interface and any other phw99 communication, the game interface rules shall take precedence.

8.1 Void Bets & Cancellations

phw99 reserves the right to void bets and wagers in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors affecting the display of odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations.
• Manifest errors in pricing or odds that are clearly inconsistent with fair market rates.
• Events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in accordance with the relevant sports betting rules.
• Confirmed instances of match-fixing or event manipulation.

8.2 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live game round or in-play bet, phw99's system will complete the game round using the last valid game state recorded by the server. phw99 is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues, including but not limited to mobile data interruptions and Wi-Fi disconnections.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phw99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent ban from the platform, as well as referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other point.
• Using the phw99 platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
• Using hacking tools, exploits, or other technical means to manipulate game outcomes or platform functionality.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes in a manner that is not consistent with fair play.
• Impersonating any other person or entity, including phw99 staff or other players.
• Transferring funds between phw99 accounts or facilitating peer-to-peer transfers of account balances.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Violating any applicable Philippine law or regulation in connection with your use of the phw99 platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the phw99 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of phw99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phw99 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from phw99.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any phw99 software or game engine.
• Use phw99 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised by phw99.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phw99 platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phw99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phw99 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

phw99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phw99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

phw99 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The platform provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that notify you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phw99 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by phw99

phw99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request or regulatory instruction requiring account restriction.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your phw99 account at any time by contacting phw99 customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

14 Privacy

Your use of the phw99 platform is also governed by the phw99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how phw99 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. 15 Amendments to These Terms

phw99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, phw99 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the phw99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phw99 through the phw99 customer support team. phw99 will endeavour to respond to and resolve support escalations within five (5) business days of receipt.
